Fully Automatic Fly Ash Brick & Paver Block Making Machine – FAM 1800 Supreme
The FAM 1800 Supreme is a fully automatic multi-product concrete block making machine designed for high-volume production with advanced hydraulic and vibration technology. Built using the latest German engineering concepts, this machine is capable of manufacturing a wide range of concrete products, including fly ash bricks, solid concrete blocks, hollow blocks, paver blocks, and kerb stones, by simply changing the mould.
The machine is equipped with a PLC-based control system with a touch screen and WiFi SCADA monitoring, allowing operators to monitor and control production with precision. Its heavy-duty hydraulic press, double vibrator system, and robust steel structure ensure consistent product quality, high strength, and smooth operation with minimum maintenance.
